We want you to love your sustainable essentials, but if things aren't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Every return helps us continue our mission of planting ten trees for every item sold.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the request.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags into the original shipping mailer or a reusable bag of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; you will receive a refund or exchange notification once we process the items.
